At Click London, we are committed to providing high-quality button covers. This policy explains your rights and how we handle faulty or damaged products. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. 

Faulty or Defective Products 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be: 

  • Of satisfactory quality 

  • Fit for purpose 

  • As described 

If your button cover is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to: 

  • A full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods (short-term right to reject), or 

  • A repair or replacement after 30 days, in accordance with UK law 

Proof of purchase is required.

Proper Use 

Click London button covers are designed for normal, everyday use. To maintain product quality: 

  • Do not submerge in water 

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture 

  • Clean only with a soft, dry cloth 

  • Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners 

  • Avoid excessive force, bending, or crushing 

Damage Not Covered 

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements where damage results from: 

  • Submersion in water or liquid exposure 

  • Cleaning with harsh chemicals 

  • Improper handling or misuse 

  • Unauthorised modification 

  • Normal wear and tear 

Where a product shows signs of misuse, this may void eligibility for a refund or replacement. 

Change of Mind Returns (Online Sales) 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. 

To qualify: 

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition 

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receipt 

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. 

How to Make a Claim 

To report a fault or request a return: 

  1. Provide your order number 

  1. Include clear photos of the product 

  1. Describe the issue 

We reserve the right to inspect returned items to determine whether a fault is due to manufacturing defect or misuse.
