Orders and payments

How do I place an order?

Simply click on the button covers you wish to purchase, choose the desired colour if there are options, and click ’Add to cart'. Our smooth and secure checkout process will then allow you to input your details and pay using your chosen payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay, Klarna, Discover, and Delta.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible (support@click-london.com) with your order number and the changes you wish to make. Order modifications may require the original order to be cancelled and a new order placed.

Do you offer giftcards?

We offer e-Giftcards which are sent via email within 24 hours of your purchase, ready for you to print or to forward on to the lucky recipient!

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email – please check your junk folder but if you have not received it within a few hours, please contact our customer support at support@click-london.com and we can re-send it. 

 

Shipping and delivery

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We'll dispatch your order within 1 business day (or on the same business day if placed before 1pm GMT).

Delivery times vary depending on which country we are delivering to – please see our Delivery page for further details.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Currently we don't offer next-day delivery, but we do offer a 'Priority' option for UK delivery addresses, which is a 24-48hr service.

We will dispatch your order on the same day if placed before 1pm (GMT), in which case you may effectively receive 'next-day' delivery (24hrs), or at worst your order should arrive the following day (48hrs)

Do you ship internationally?

We're working on it, but at the moment we are unable to ship outside of the UK.

How much does shipping cost?

UK delivery addresses:

Orders over £50: 3-5 days = FREE / 1-2 days = £3.95

Orders under £50: 3-5 days = £3.95 / 1-2 days = £6.95

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by clicking on the tracking link found in your confirmation email.

 

Will my button covers arrive gift packaged?

Each pair of button covers comes neatly packaged inside a 9cm x 9cm Click London branded gift box, which is not only made from recycled materials, but is also 100% recyclable too.

Also included with each pair is a soft felt storage / travel pouch, and a 'thank you' card.

How do I return an item?

We offer a 14-day moneyback guarantee!

Can I exchange my button covers?

Unfortunately, we can only offer refunds, not exchanges.

You may return your button covers to us for a refund, and then simply place a new order.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and in many cases the funds will be received back into your account instantly. Some payment providers and methods can take up to 3-5 business days.

What are the button covers made from?

Our unique button covers are created from high-quality materials including copper, zinc-alloy, resin and enamel.

Handmade with love, they are designed to be lightweight and comfortable.

Effortlessly elevating your look, you'll only be reminded of their presence when the compliments roll in.

Can I exchange my button covers?

Unfortunately, we can only offer refunds, not exchanges.

How do I care for my covers?

To keep your covers looking their best, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, harsh chemicals, as we as long exposure to, or submersion in, water. Click them on and off gently, and store them in the felt pouch when not in use to prevent any damage. A soft dry cloth is enough for occasional polishing to keep them looking their best. 

Do you offer a warranty?

Our products are designed to stand the test of daily usage.

If you find any defects upon receipt, or you encounter any issues under fair and normal usage, please reach out to us and we will provide a swift resolution.
