Returns & Exchanges
1. Your Right to Return
We offer a 30 day moneyback guarantee.
You must notify us within 30 days of delivery that you wish to return your item. Once you have informed us, you then have a further 14 days to return it to us.
Returns received outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must be in original condition
- Original packaging should be included where possible
3. How to Start a Return
Please email us at support@click-london.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for return
We will reply with return instructions. Customers are responsible for arranging return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable if paid.
Return shipping costs will only be covered if the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will then be processed within 1-2 days and issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. Depending on the original payment method used, your card provider or bank may take up to an additional 3-5 days to credit your account.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@click-london.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
If confirmed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund including standard delivery costs, and reimburse reasonable return postage.
This is distinct from our policy to refund goods which develop faults under our Fair Usage Policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank
